Place Order

1. Select the last 1-3 suppliers from the list for final selection
A. If you have the conditions to go to the factory it’s will be the best. You can see the company’s situation and how the product is produced, you will have a further understanding of the product and the supplier.
B. If you can’t go, you can also communicate via livestream video or telephone, which will be more efficient than email communication, because when you do business with Chinese people, They prefer have a meeting than make a phone call. If they can make a phone call, they will not only use email to communication.
C. Determine the final hydraulic jack price and calculate the final cost of the product reaching your warehouse.

2. Place order, production & inspection

Customs Clearance & Gets  Goods

1. Preparation of customs clearance documents
A. Prepare for customs clearance: Know the documents that you or your agent company needs. Somes are provide by your supplier, please contact them and ask for these documents.
B. General customs clearance documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin.

2. Pay The fee
Complete the preparation of the above documents and pay the required customs duties, customs clearance fees and other expenses.

3. Local Transpotation
Arrange local transportation to your warehouse (if under the DDP terms, you just need wait for goods arrived before your warehouse).

4. Warehousing and inspection
After the product is warehousing, need do inspection the hydraulic jacks again accroding the contract, ensure the goods are all right.
